The view from my room was breathtaking, with an incredible panorama of the mountains that left me speechless. the hotel is located in a great spot for going on hikes and biking trips, and the included travel tickets made it really easy to explore the surrounding area. the food was really great, there was always plenty of it, and the staff were really friendly and helpful.
The room could have benefited from being a little bit more spacious, and the WiFi connection wasn't always the best. Nevertheless, those were minor issues as everything else was excellent.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is situated near popular ski resorts and offers easy access to surrounding areas. the superior rooms have spacious, new interiors and provide a stunning view of the valley. the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, making the stay more enjoyable. The hotel also offers excursions to ski slopes and hiking/snow shoe tours, providing guests with convenient options for activities.
The WiFi connection could be improved to ensure a more reliable and faster internet connection.

We went for a romantic escape and everything was perfect. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and the view from our room was breathtaking - mountains as far as the eye can see. We enjoyed the daily excursions that were offered and were able to go hiking in the beautiful surroundings. The location is also great, as it is very close to a popular ski resort and a charming town. We also loved the fact that the hotel offered free private parking and storage for our ski equipment.
The WiFi connection wasn't the best, but we didn't come for the internet so it wasn't a big deal. The breakfast could have been better as well - it wasn't bad, but we expected a bit more variety.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always available to assist us. The superior rooms were spacious, new, and offered breathtaking views of the valley. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was situated at the gateway to a top ski resort in the Dolomites and near a vibrant city. We also appreciated the inclusion of travel tickets for exploring the surrounding Alto Adige region. Additionally, the hotel provided free private parking and convenient ski/ski boot storage.
